I’ve bought wax before for making candles and thought this was the brick form hard wax since it says it’s a block. It’s more like VASOLINE. In order for it to last and not burn up quickly I had to mix it with hard waxes, wish the description would’ve been more accurate. It also is not a block but a plastic bag that this SOFT wax was poured in. I wouldn’t recommend this if you are making lasting candles and I won’t be buying this SOFT, VASOLINE LIKE wax again. Even though this is a very soft wax, it does not result in candles that burn up quickly. This wax has great adhesion to glass containers even without preheating the container. My wife loves this wax because it can be scooped out of the bag with a spoon; no more hammer and chisel. |

This flask isn’t very concealable given the large wire top. I use it to transport single portions of whiskey from big bottles when I’m headed to drink away from home, not to “smuggle” booze into the club. It fits nicely into my back pocket, and 8 ounces of Jameson is just the right amount for me. Plus it’s a pretty cool alternative to the usual. It’s plenty heavy, and the wire action works well. After much use and washing there is no rusting, and the rubber seal is working well. Not much else to say in terms of quality, except that it exceeds the price. |
