| At Luminessent Candles your right to privacy is respected. When your order is submitted using our PayPal shopping cart, your security and privacy are ensured. Your financial information is not stored on the Luminessent Candles web server at any time, nor is it sent by email. A PayPal account is not required to shop with Luminessent Candles, but payments made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card are processed through the PayPal system. By placing an order with us, you consent to our privacy policy. By using the PayPal shopping cart, you must consent and agree with the PayPal privacy policy as part of your agreement with PayPal before you can use their services. (PayPal is a US company controlled by eBay and is not governed by Canadian regulations). |

No personally identifiable information can be captured or retrieved by our website unless you directly volunteer it to us or to PayPal. When you access our web site, our server cannot identify your physical location nor are we able to obtain any information about your identity. Our website does not passively collect any information, including your e-mail address, and does not use "cookies" for storing or collecting any information, except for the shopping cart which operates under PayPal's privacy policy and does use cookies to store the items you have chosen to add to your cart. Any statistical data collected is used to evaluate site usage, helping us to improve your shopping experience.
