I have had insomnia for the past three years, I practice yoga daily along with a warm hot bath with black chamomile shower gel & body lotion. I feel freshhhh. The pillow mist helps me to just zzzzz too. I highly recommend it, if you have sleeping problems or even if you don't it smells GREAT!!

My girlfriend used this when I first met her. Loved how it smelled: Laid-back, comforting yet stirring, leaves an impression, and it just smells exotic which I think makes it sexy. Need to order a bulk amount.
