My wife wasn't thrilled to use the bathroom closet in the stairwell down the hall, so we spent our second first night in Paris just as we had spent our first first night the week before. We looked for another room. The next morning we checked into Hôtel Stella down the street. It had a bathroom and high, timbered ceilings for significantly less money.
