I was skeptical about trying Crystal Light again because some of their flavors are so sweet tasting. Thankfully the lemon tea is very pleasant and refreshing. I also purchased a Nalgene canteen so I can make a double batch and have it nice, cold and fresh from the refrigerator. Now I'm not wasting money buying bottled water because the Nalgene canteens and bottles are great, plus they don't retain flavors or odors. I love saying "good bye" to those plastic water bottles! And Crystal Light has some winners...the Natural Lemon tea and the Natural Peach tea are really good.

I can't imagine how I would have weaned myself away from drinking Coke or coffee everyday if I hadn't discovered this. I always hated drinking tasteless water as a child so I grew up on Coke and by the time I was in high school, I was a caffeine addict. Well, I managed to stop drinking coffee because of palpitations and restlessness, but Coke became part of my regular diet. My trainer at the gym was really worried about me and suggested I buy this. Since my first glass, I have never gone back to drinking Coke again! I love it! It's very refreshing, only 5 calories, and it's a great way to start drinking more water! No, it's not a substitute for water, either! You put it in water to flavor it! I drink this throughout the day to hydrate in between workouts, when working out and at each meal. It's become a healthy habit. From drinking 0 ounces of water most of my life, I now drink 256 ounces of water everyday! Now, make sure to buy an extra pitcher. Since getting this, I have had my son and brother drinking it, too. So I go through each pack really quickly. I even have an Amazon monthly subscription for this to make sure I don't run out. I highly recommend this product!

I love this drink. I would rather drink crystal light beverages than just about anything else, and they're also much healthier than just about anything. I like to mix half crystal light lemon iced tea and the other half crystal light lemonade. It's like a sweet and tart half and half. As per the instructions one packet makes 2 quarts of beverage, however I find this to be a little too sweet for my taste. I use four packets (eight quarts) in in five gallons of water, I put it in a five gallon water jug and put it on one of those stand alone water coolers with the filter removed. Ice cold half and half on tap, mmm, mmm, good. Amazon has about the best price on crystal light that I have seen, and I can assure you as a crystal light connoisseur I have shopped around. Try it I'm certain you'll love it, although I hazard a guess you'd probably want it sweeter.
