I decided to try out LED candles because 1) I'm afraid of burning the house down, 2) It's kind of a drag to keep buying candles, and 3) They were cheap. (I bought these exact same ones for someplace else!)

Cons
- These candles are plastic and have no scent.
- They look cheap and ugly in the packaging (but surprisingly nice once lit).
- They are not as bright as real candles.
- Switch at the bottom is occasionally hard to push.
- You have to turn them all on/off individually (no remote or timer).

Pros:
- No fire (duh)!
- They don't get hot.
- Battery lasts a long time. I don't know if I'm getting the 100 hours claimed on the package, but I don't notice them burning out too fast.
- Extra batteries included.
- Nice assortment of candle sizes/types. You have a small pillar with a black wick, a tealight with a black wick, and a tealight with a "flame".
- Flicker is pretty realistic.

Overall these are a good buy. My main wish would be to have a remote, or at the very least a timer, since turning several candles on/off is somewhat inconvenient. Also, scented wax versions would be nice! If these candles came with those two features I would give 5 stars.

has all the right size tea candles you will need. some flicker, some don't. That's a food feature. Plus the extra batteries was a good jesture. Thanks. i use them all the time when i don't need to worry if i left a candle lit. They give off enough light to brighten your figurines.
