Update:
One of the sensors to turn off the light stop working. 3 stars.

Candles are great creative use for LED's. They can simulate the flickering light of real candles. Nice to place in the bathroom during a relaxing bath or even as a table centerpiece.

Pros:
- The candle is a real wax candle and not a cheap plastic imitation.
- No fire hazard
- You blow on it to turn it off like a real candle.
- You don't have to use the wooden frame stand and peebles. The 3 candles can be use individually wherever you want it.
- Nice fragrance
- 3 candles for around 10$ is a good deal.

Room for Improvement:
- NOT bright enough.
- The sensor to turn on/off the candle by blowing on it can be made white instead of black. That way it will be visually indistinguishable from the candle itself
- Why not use a more conventional source of power like "AAA" or "AA" batteries. That way it would be easier to find replacement batteries.

I was give a set of these by a friend for Xmas who knows that I am chemically sensitive and cannot tolerate any fragrances. The box makes absolutely no mention of the pervasive vanilla fragrance nor do the product listings online. I was quite surprised to open the package and find out that the real wax is heavily scented and detectable from a few feet away whether the candles are on or not. I've tried calling the company for an exchange and to ask them to change their labeling but the only number you get from directory assistance is a technical support line meant for questions about Ipods and such. They refused to answer any questions about this product.

Okay, the looks of these are great, it'll match into anything you put them in. As for the lighting, it doesn't light as much as you think it would in those pictures. They do flicker like real candles, but blowing em on and off can be a LITTLE hassle. If you look under the candles, you see the battery compartment. Yes, it takes batteries (runs out if you use leave your candles on 12 hours). But when you switch it between "off" and "on. BE CAREFUL. One of my switches were back in the candle and when I try to switch it, it pushes back. Now I have to keep that candle on and make sure wind doesn't turn it on by it self (we have a ceiling fan)
