There are many books on this concept but I like this book particularly because, aside from it being cheap, I found it very easy to understand yet very detailed. When dealing with natural remedies, one is inclined to be careless or dismissive, taking for granted that anything natural is safe. So I appreciated the focus the book gave on each oil, and the highlight it gave for safety precautions. Now I am aware I handle essential oils with the utmost respect it deserves for it's many healing and relief benefits it has offered me through the years.

I enjoyed this book very much. By breaking down specific essential oils as this book has, it's amazing how many benefits to wellness it can give. I found this a very complete guide to knowing how each oil worked, how to use each for what purpose. Very easy read by using plain words, no scientific formulations, etc.

I benefit a lot from using essential oils. They have not just been relaxants to me, but also healing remedies from headache, to flu, even nausea, cramping, and severe migraines. Rather than pop a pill to alleviate all these pains which I suffer from every now and then, essential oils are my natural remedy of choice. I used to have one of these and it was a great product somehow it got misplaced or accidently thrown away but I found another one and refills here at Amazon and such a great product no messing with water. They have great pricing here and refill kit and vaporizer pads available too. I highly recommend it enjoy!

I love this unit because I don't have to worry about mold.
I like that you can change the oils in the pads for different fragrances.
Lavender for sleep, lemon for energy, eucalyptus for congestion, etc.
This is a great product.

I was looking for something to help my one year old breathe better at night and I didn't want to keep refilling a humidifier. This was the perfect thing for him. It helps to clear his stuffy nose pretty well. I only gave it four stars because I wish it would last longer. He sleeps about 10-12 hours a night and the scent pads stop working before that. Otherwise, it is a great product. I've been using it with the universal refill oil and pads every night for about a month, and it still works!
