Gift Orders

If your order is to be sent as a gift, indicate this in the "Add Special Instructions to Seller" section of the Checkout form, as well as the gift card inscription if desired, and enter the recipient’s name and shipping address. Gift cards and wrapping are available for an additional charge.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are administered by PayPal. The terms and conditions for buying and redeeming Merchant Gift Certificates via PayPal are important to review. View the full PayPal Gift Certificate policy.

How to buy Luminessent Candles Gift Certificates:

1. Enter Sender’s Name, Amount, Recipient’s Name (optional for printed certificates), Recipient’s Email Address (optional for printed certificates), a Personal Message (optional), and indicate the Delivery Method (send by email, or print).
2. Click the "Buy Gift Certificate with PayPal" button.
3. Review transaction details on the Checkout page.
4. Login to PayPal account OR if you do not have a PayPal account click the "click here" button to provide billing address and credit card information.
5. Click the "Continue" button. If using a PayPal account, approve the funding source and click "Pay" to submit purchase.
6. On the "You Made a Payment" page, you will be given the option to purchase another Gift Certificate or click "Done".

How to redeem your Luminessent Candles Gift Certificate:

1. Visit www.luminessentcandles.com. Add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. Click the "View Cart" button at the top of the page. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page.
3. Recipients are required to have a PayPal account, or provide credit card or bank account information, in order to redeem Gift Certificates. Logon to PayPal or sign up a new account.
4. Verify payment details on the "Review Your PayPal Information" page. Click "Select Code" button or enter Redemption Code. Select or add a confirmed shipping address. Click "Continue Checkout".

NOTE: Gift Certificates may only be redeemed by the owner of the Recipient Email Address. Printed Gift Certificates that do not indicate an email address are transferrable.

Gift Certificates may be cancelled or refunded within 60 days at no charge.
