I cook a lot. Lots of garlic. Lots of onions. Even more fish. Even the freshest fish smells when cooking, especially salmon. And I have skylights over my cooktop so I can't use a conventional fan to vent odors. As a result, my kitchen has a downdraft vent and it doesn't work as well as I'd like. But if I start burning my Kitchen Candle when I start cooking, most all the smell is eliminated.

I've tried other candles, even the ones Fresh Wave makes, but this one seems to do the best job. It has a light neutral fragrance that seems to neutralize odors, not cover them up. I've been using these Kitchen Candles for about 2 years and Amazon's price is the best I've found. Great product, great price, what more can you ask for? It just works.
