I didn't buy this product from Amazon. My wife received two of them as birthday gifts. I put them together and placed one in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom. They don't produce an odor, and they don't seem to reduce odors either. The fluid in the bottle is slowly evaporating, but it might as well be water in there, because it doesn't do anything. These end up being little bottles with sticks in them. Interesting to look at in a "what the heck it that?" sort of way, but I can't recommend them as air fresheners. I can't recommend them for aroma therapy either, because they produce no discernible aroma.

They smell really good for about a week - if you're close to them. Then they really don't smell at all.
