I'm very pleased with the scent and the value of these candles... about twenty five cents an hour for a wonderful smell of natural pine in your home. I've tried a number of pine sprays and candles over the years, and this is the closest to real "christmas tree scent" I've found. I also like the packaging - a nice jar with a screw top lid, and a simple paper overlay that's easily removed. The candles burn cleanly and I haven't burned mine for 25 hours yet but they do seem like they will last a long time. I compare these to Votivo candles, which I love, and find these to be a better value and offer true essential oil smell.

Ingredients from the box:

Vegetable wax base, fragrance, spruce oil, cedar oil, clove oil, cotton wick.

Pure and simple. Highly recommend this new (to Amazon) product.

I love this smell, unfortunately the box came damaged and the candles were broken so I don't think it was the packaging but while I was sorting through the mess the smell was amazing. I called to let Amazon know what happened and I talked to an English speaker (yay) and she was so friendly and they are replacing the candles, in fact they are sending them with one day delivery. So if you like the smell of pine you will not be disappointed.

This is a great pine scent - not overwhelming or cloying like some pine-scented products out there that overdo it. It's subtly sweet (something in it reminds me of pineapple) and smells very similar to having a Christmas tree in the house. The packaging is nice too, and the jar could be reused as a pretty votive cup when all the wax is gone.
