i ordered 2 of these
1 came with no oil
the other the bulb blew out in 15 min

when it worked it seemed ok, the second one seems fine so far
build on both of them is medium quality

too bad there is not an option to buy higher quality salt lamps on amazon

another thing to keep in mind is the brochure with it says the lamp sweats and will ruin furniture if not put on a coaster or plate, i wish they sold some kind of holder for it or made it where the bottom would catch any moisture, that would seem to make sense, i plan to find some black plates or something similar to put them on, but that is kind of hassle

But the product came on time, and was quite nice. The power cord is good and the stand is not cheap. I'm very happy with this purchase I love the glow in my room and the oil in the top basin is a nice way to set the mood with my choice of different oils. I'm happy with this.
