When I received this item, it was broken, like the previous reviewer's experience. However, I did not ask for a replacement but instead requested a refund. The main reason for that is that the candle was obviously old. It was broken in 3 places, and the black had rubbed off of the nose onto the clear plastic part of the package. Maybe a replacement would have been fine, but I was really disappointed that anyone would send a candle that looked that pitiful in the first place. I do not believe it was broken during shipping. It was CRUMBLING in the package...an old candle.

I ordered the candle and when it arrived it was broken. It as placed in a small package for mailing so I believe it broke when it was shipped. Anyway, I contacted Amazon and they replaced it and I received it two days later in great condition. It is cute as can be, excited to use it for my sons first birthday.
