The Luminessent Candles Wholesale Agreement permits individuals and companies to purchase Luminessent Candles soy candles and aromatherapy products at reduced prices for resale.


To set up your Luminessent Candles Wholesale Account:

Use our contact page or submit an email to info@luminessentcandles.com including the following information:
  • Name *
  • Vendor Permit Number/Tax ID Number *
  • Company Name
  • Email Address *
  • Website
  • Address *
  • Phone Number *
  • Comments
(* denotes required information)

You will receive Terms of the Luminessent Candles Wholesale Agreement by email. When you reply to confirm you agree to the terms, you will be sent a Wholesale Account Number.


To place your wholesale purchase order:
  • If you wish to purchase samples, email your selections to info@luminessentcandles.com. Be sure to include your Wholesale Account Number to receive the 25% Wholesale discount. If you place a wholesale order for the same items you ordered as samples, a discount for the amount paid for the samples will be applied to your order. Shipping and applicable taxes paid for samples will not be credited.

  • To place a wholesale order, email details to info@luminessentcandles.com, or use this online order form. For each item, submit the item type, quantity, size, shape, color, and aroma where applicable. Be sure to include your Wholesale Account Number to receive the 25% Wholesale discount. Don't forget to indicate if you require a Private Label to be created with your logo, or intend to generate your own Private Label Branding to have your order shipped with the required warning labels only.

  • All wholesale orders from Luminessent Candles are subject to applicable taxes. Wholesalers in Ontario may submit a Purchase Exemption Certificate for Retail Sales Tax. To apply for a Retail Sales Tax Purchase Exemption, complete and email this form to Luminessent Candles before ordering.

  • A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you. Click the "pay" button to pay for the order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (PayPal account is not required). Canadian wholesalers have the option to submit their payment by Interac Email Transfer. When submitting payment by mailed cheque or money order, be advised that your order may take longer to be filled, as full payment must be received before production is started.

  • All Luminessent Candles soy candles and aromatherapy products are hand made upon order. Orders will be filled in the order in which they are recieved. Please allow 2 - 7 business days for production. Depending on the items ordered, larger orders (especially pillar candles) may require more lead time.

  • Canada Post Tracking information will be emailed when your order is shipped.

If the essential oil, color, container or candle type you desire is not currently offered by Luminessent Candles, please contact us with details for availability and pricing. Every effort will be made to provide products to meet your customers' specific needs.
