I bought this candle around Christmastime, and when I got it, it seemed like a nice pine scent. Pine is the predominant note, but to make it “sparkle” Yankee has added some sort of sweet note, which is a little bit odd. This is one of those scents that the more I smell of it, the less I like it. The sweet note just doesn’t go with pine, and it’s getting really tiresome, really fast. Unfortunately I bought the large housewarmer. I’d recommend others considering this scent start with the tart or the votive. According to Yankee Candle, “Sparkling Pine” contains scents of fir, boxwood, bergamot, juniper, and lavender. The result is a strong yet smooth blend where you can really smell the pine scent. The aroma is pleasant and spreads across some rooms in our house better than other Yankee Candle scents. As with Yankee Candle, the jar candles are a bit overpriced. Just make sure you buy a Yankee Candle when they have a sale, particularly on the buy one get one free Christmas scents just before or after Christmas. Still, an enjoyable scent. Recommended. |

I just happened to come across their 6pk votives with the Bamboo River fragrance. Bought them because they were on sale at the local supermarket. I have yet to light any of them..but while they were in the bag in the kitchen, the beautiful clean fresh fragrance was very evident and very pleasing. I went out and bought some more..because usually a good thing doesn’t stay available for long. I would definitely recommend this item. Great Candles unique scent,
